Adding Judges
Section titled “Adding Judges”Add judges to your faire one at a time by entering their details.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You need Admin or Owner role
- Required permission:
judges:invite - You should have categories set up first
1. Go to the Add Judges page
Section titled “1. Go to the Add Judges page”Navigate to Judging → Add Judges in the sidebar.
2. Fill in judge details
Section titled “2. Fill in judge details”Enter the judge’s email, first name, and last name. Pick a category from the dropdown. You can also add their phone number, organization name, and notes.
3. Optionally set a division
Section titled “3. Optionally set a division”If you’ve set up divisions (like Junior or Senior), pick one from the Division dropdown.
4. Click Add Judge
Section titled “4. Click Add Judge”Hit Add Judge. The judge appears in your judges list right away.
Good to know
Section titled “Good to know”- Judges don’t need an account to be added. You’re creating a logistics record — they don’t get notified.
